The apartment has the most modern standard, which includes the complete furnishing and the overall condition. The apartment boasts a ceiling height of 2.40 meters and is fully furnished. Access is via the building’s hallway directly to the bottom right. The living room is equipped with a large wardrobe, desk, sofa with a table and television, as well as wall cabinets. The large windows let in plenty of light, and blackout options are available. Internet is available via fiber-optic connection. The rental agreement is limited to one month at a time and is subsequently extended for another month (indefinitely in terms of duration).

Costs:

Deposit:

A deposit amounting to 3 months’ rent (€1,950) is to be provided. This is due prior to contract signing.

Handover & Return:

The apartment must be returned in the condition in which it was handed over (including inventory). At handover, a joint inventory protocol with photos and an inventory list will be created. Any necessary professional final cleaning or repairs for damages will be at the tenant’s expense and will be deducted from the deposit.
