Background

As landlords, we are moving abroad for an extended period, so we are renting out our beloved home on a fixed-term basis. After our return, we will move back in ourselves.

The house also includes a completely separate annex apartment with its own entrance, which we occasionally use when visiting home. A small basement area remains for our own use. However, you will have exclusive and complete use of the spacious garden.

This way, the garden becomes your personal retreat, which you can design entirely to your liking. Alternatively, these tasks can be outsourced to an external service provider for an additional fee.
