The building structure of the apartments dates from the 1960s and 1980s. Almost all apartments feature a fitted kitchen and are move-in ready. Viewings are offered every day after 7:00 PM and on Sundays from 2:00 PM. The price is negotiable depending on the equipment, location, and level of renovation. A parking space can also be purchased together with the apartment.
The building is located in the heart of an air spa (Luftkurort). Since the hotel guesthouse operation is about to start, it is possible, in consultation with the guesthouse tenant, to organize “age-appropriate living with comprehensive services.” The Katharinen Clinic, a rehabilitation facility, is very close by, and there are numerous hiking trails available. A cross-country ski trail runs directly in front of the door, and the Alpine DOBEL piste is a straight-line distance of 400 meters. A bus stops every 30 minutes in both directions, and kindergartens, schools, and even a university are very easily accessible.
It is planned, after establishing an owners’ meeting, to renovate the staircases and corridors with tiling. The apartments can also be completely renovated according to the buyer's preferences and delivered as such, if desired. The electrical supply and gas heating system will, after renovations and maintenance, be reactivated individually for the owners with a new metering system.
