It is approximately a 17 sqm bright room in a four-room old building flat in Würzburg-Grombühl on Petrinistraße, right on the tram line. The room faces a quiet courtyard and comes fully furnished (bed, desk, dresser, shelf, small closet, armchair, etc.) which you can of course further personalize.

The kitchen, bathroom, and hallway are shared and equipped with all the necessities. The washing machine and dryer—as well as all the furniture—are brand new. The fitted kitchen includes a fridge-freezer combination and a dishwasher, which are also provided.

Parking is available with a resident parking permit. The room will be available from 01.08.2025.

Petrinistraße is a popular location for students and trainees with excellent transport links. The tram and bus (several lines) are reachable in a 2-minute walk. All daily necessities, various eateries, parks, etc., are in the immediate vicinity and offer great variety. The town center with its pedestrian zone is reachable in 4-5 minutes by bike or tram.

The flat is on the 2nd floor. DSL/WLAN is available.

There is a basement for bicycles as well as extra storage space in the courtyard.

Cooking and dining together, living and working together is fun. A respectful coexistence is essential for everyone to feel comfortable. The room is rented to one person only. The rental period can be arranged either for a fixed term or on an open-ended basis. Each room in the shared apartment has its own rental contract.
