We offer several plots for purchase in an attractive and quiet location, just outside the gates of the Dresden region and the Saxon Switzerland.

In the approved B-plan area, 36 parcels are being established with different plot sizes of approximately 415 to 870 m² (Construction Field 1). The plots are sold without commission and without involvement from a developer, with the purchase price at approximately €240 to €260 per m². This price includes the cost of the plot and the connection costs.

The plots are developed and have utilities available: drinking water, electricity, telecommunications via a fiber optic connection, stormwater drainage, and a sewage pressure line on the property for treated wastewater (treatment via a small-scale biological treatment plant).

The infrastructure work has already been completed.

Wilschdorf is a district of the municipality of Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach and has approximately 700 inhabitants.

Wilschdorf is located in close proximity to the B6, thus offering an optimal connection towards Dresden (about 10 minutes, city center / airport about 30 minutes), Bischofswerda, Radeberg, Pirna (each about 15 minutes), and the Saxon Switzerland National Park.

Bus lines 261 (Dresden – Sebnitz) and 233 (Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach) serve Wilschdorf, which can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. Train connections are available from Dürrröhrsdorf and Helmsdorf, heading towards Pirna and Neustadt. Furthermore, there is a train connection in Arnsdorf available going in the directions of Bautzen / Görlitz, Dresden, and Zittau.

In the village, there is a daycare center, and the elementary school is located in Dürrröhrsdorf, about a 5-minute drive away. Secondary schools can be found in the nearby towns of Stolpen, Weißig, and Pirna.

All daily shopping facilities are available within the municipality. In a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Gelbrich butcher’s shop.

Medical care is available within the municipality. In the surrounding area, you will find fitness studios, museums, hardware stores, cinemas, restaurants, and everything else you might need.

The nearest restaurant with a beer garden can be reached on foot in only 15 minutes, through the adjacent woodland, which also invites you for a stroll.
