We offer a nice room for shared accommodation in an apartment located in a family villa in a quiet part of Prague 10 – Strašnice. Two reliable and easy-going roommates (men) already reside in the other two rooms. The room measures approximately 25 m², and the price, including utilities, is 12,000 CZK.
In addition to standard furnishings, the room includes bedding, linens, towels, and a clothes drying rack. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking, including an ironing board and an iron. The bathroom features a washing machine. We prefer a long-term sublease with one refundable deposit. Non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
