The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house and has a total of three rooms, all of which are being rented out new. There is no elevator. The room is 15 square meters in size. It comes with a shared kitchen (fitted kitchen) and bathroom. The apartment does not have a basement storage room or an attic compartment. It is heated with a night storage heater. A working shared apartment is preferred. Available from around mid-June.

The warm rent is €745 per month and includes the costs for electricity, water, and internet. A deposit of €1,500 must be paid. Each room is heated via a night storage heater.

For the viewing, a proof of creditworthiness and income as well as a landlord’s certificate are required.
