Multiple rooms in 4- and 6-person shared apartments are now available for rent, both furnished and unfurnished.

The house is exclusively rented to students and apprentices – ideal for a relaxed shared-living lifestyle among like-minded individuals.

APARTMENT AND FURNISHINGS

A floor plan of one of the apartments is provided as a photo. The rooms are approximately between 12 m² and 23 m², have been freshly painted, and some offer direct balcony access.

Both unfurnished and furnished rooms are available for rent. Furnished rooms are equipped with new IKEA furniture, including a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, making for an uncomplicated move-in.

Each apartment comes with a modern fitted kitchen.

The building is an old-style structure from the Gründerzeit (built in 1910) with high ceilings and large windows. It is not a new construction but a house with typical old-building character. The bathrooms are designed functionally. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms, which makes daily shared living easier.

ALL-INCLUSIVE RENT

The shared apartment rooms are rented out at flat rates starting from €396, with proportional use of the common areas included. The all-inclusive rent covers all operating costs, heating, hot water, and electricity. WLAN access is provided at no extra cost.

All-inclusive rent means: There will be no annual utility bill adjustment – you won’t receive any refund, but you also won’t have to make any additional payments.

No broker's fee is charged.

The deposit must be paid before the handover of the keys.

The house is located between the Osnabrück city center and the Westerberg campus. Both destinations are within walking distance, and other university locations are also nearby – as is a vocational school.

Shopping options are available approximately 150 meters away, diagonally across the street (combined with a bakery).

Within a 5-minute walk, you will find a well-connected bus stop.

A separate rental contract will be drawn up for each bedroom.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
