The unique Hafendorf Rheinsberg holiday park was built from 2003 onwards in the style of a harbor. Over 200 different holiday homes built in Scandinavian style are located along the shore and on four islands. On the so-called R-Island, almost at the end of the cul-de-sac, you will find the end row house with a bay window and boat ramp.

On the ground floor, in addition to the spacious living area with a wood-burning stove and the dining area within the bay window, there is the kitchen and a guest WC. In the entrance area, there is also a small cloakroom and space for the built-in heating system. From the living area you can access the covered terrace with boat ramp located in front of the house.

A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find two bedrooms, one of them with a balcony, as well as the bathroom with a large, walk-in shower.

In the storage room outside the house there is room for several useful items as well as two bicycles.

The heating energy for the house (for both heating and hot water) is produced by the local gas district heating plant.
