We are selling our well-maintained semi-detached house in the idyllic location of Görwihl. The house is a fully basemented masonry construction built in 1985. A comprehensive complete renovation was carried out in 2007, along with regular modernizations. There is over 220 m² of total space available – roughly 140 m² of living area and at least another 80 m² of usable space. The property measures 531 m² and features a lovely, well-kept garden.
The house can also be purchased on a rent-to-own basis, with the monthly base rent set at €1,800. The additional costs are approximately €300 per month. The towns of Waldshut-Tiengen and Bad Säckingen are also approximately 20 minutes away, and there are good bus connections.
