• It is generally required to provide a reason why you wish to rent an apartment for a limited period. Whether you are involved in a project at the airfield, need a "time-out", or your primary residence is being renovated, you have been evicted due to water/fire damage and the purchased house is not yet habitable, you are an exhibitor/employee e.g. at the state garden show, you as a retiree want to spend some time away from your usual environment, etc.

• SCHUFA tenant report or proof of funds may be required; in some cases, advance payment may be needed if there are concerns.

• Cleaning costs:

75€ one-time fee for a normal condition / if it is exceptionally clean and ready to rent, it costs nothing / if the apartment is a pigsty, a cleaning company will be commissioned and the costs will be borne by the tenant.

• Damages beyond normal wear and tear are to be borne by the tenant.

The rental price applies to one person; each additional person costs 50€ (plus up to a maximum of 2 additional persons).
