The house lies on the border between Lindenau and Plagwitz, trendy districts of young urban creatives in the west of Leipzig, attracting worldwide attention. Along Karl Heine Street you can find everything you need, as well as many cultural facilities such as alternative cinemas, theaters, etc., and plenty of wonderful eateries. Between old factory halls and modern industrial architecture, interesting things are happening here. It is 200 m to the Westwerk (an art district and off-space with clubs, e.g. Dr Selstsam – bike shop & bar, organic shops, and a weekly organic market, etc.). There is a “normal” supermarket just around two corners.
