The three other rooms have already been allocated to three students (two boys and one girl). English is primarily spoken in the flat (as a native language) since the two boys come from Australia. While an additional female tenant would be desirable, it is not mandatory.

The apartment is located at Meineckestr. 57 in Düsseldorf and is connected to the tram network; supermarkets and daily necessities are in the vicinity and easily accessible.

All living areas are equipped with real wood parquet flooring, which creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. In the shared spaces – kitchen, hallway, and bathroom – large, modern tiles provide a low-maintenance overall look. The ceilings are suspended and fitted with integrated LED spots, ensuring even light distribution throughout the rooms without the need to worry about individual lamps.

The apartment and rooms are rented partially furnished. The new, modern fitted kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer, stove and oven, extractor hood, washing machine and dryer, as well as a dishwasher. In each room you will find the following new furniture and fittings: a bed, a desk, a desk chair, and a wardrobe. Additionally, you’ll find extra items in the rooms such as desk lamps, curtains, additional storage space, carpets, and more. The rooms can be further personalized with your own belongings.

The advertised rent applies per room, and the security deposit amounts to three months’ rent (net) per shared flat room, which can conveniently be paid in three installments.

Each tenant receives their own indefinite lease agreement according to legal standards, so no one has to take full responsibility for the entire apartment. We do not offer short-term rentals or Airbnb listings.
