The apartment is located in the trendy and sophisticated Hamburg-Harvestehude district. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the U-Bahn lines U3 and U1 as well as Metrobus M5 (Europe’s busiest bus line). The travel time to the city centre is under 10 minutes (main station or HafenCity in just under 15 minutes). Most districts in Hamburg can be reached in under 30 minutes. The airport is about 20 minutes away by car, taxi, or Moia.

Right outside the door, on Tuesdays and Fridays, Hamburg’s most beautiful (and longest) weekly market – the Isemarkt – takes place. But don’t worry, the apartment is located exclusively in the rear section of the building towards the garden (you won’t hear anything from the market or the U-Bahn). The chic shopping streets Eppendorfer Baum and Eppendorfer Landstraße, as well as the trendy Eppendorfer Weg, are just a 3-minute walk away. Rightfully, this area is also referred to as the Notting Hill of Hamburg. You can also reach Hoheluftchaussee (with various supermarkets, organic food stores, and drugstores, etc.) on foot in under 10 minutes. Restaurants and cafés can be found on every corner.

The Außenalster with its parks, cafés, and boat rentals is reachable in under 20 minutes on foot (or 3 minutes by car). In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are several parks, fitness clubs, and sports associations.

At the end of the rental period, an end-of-lease cleaning by the landlord is mandatory, for which a charge of €250 applies.

Rental Costs
