For our spacious and light-filled 4.5-room apartment in a quiet, rural location, we are looking for friendly and environmentally conscious new tenants due to a job-related relocation from 01.06.2026.

Sometimes in life the moment for a fresh start comes – and it is precisely for this reason that we are seeking nice new tenants for our beloved 5-room apartment in the countryside starting 01.06.2026, who will appreciate this special home just as much as we do.

The apartment is flooded with sunlight, generously laid out, and barrier-free. Every family member (or home office) has their own space here. The modern bathroom features both a bathtub and a level-access shower. The modern, nearly new fitted kitchen – complete with a dishwasher and washing machine – offers a high level of everyday comfort.

What we particularly love:

ATTRACTIVE LIVING LOCATION IN BROMBACHTAL

The house is located in one of the most popular residential areas of Brombachtal. The municipality is continuously developing: Currently, the first “Tante Enso” market in the Odenwald is being built here, offering local supply 365 days a year around the clock – a modern and comfortable shopping concept right on site.

In neighboring Bad König, you will find excellent infrastructure with a large medical complex, various specialists, the Odenwald Therme, a fitness club, schools, as well as a variety of shopping options: alongside numerous retail stores, options such as REWE, EDEKA, Aldi, and Penny are available.

The train station in Bad König also offers excellent connections: With the so-called “Sprinter,” you can reach Frankfurt am Main several times a day in less than an hour – conveniently and without any transfers.

The apartment includes a carport with an installed wallbox, both of which must be rented (Carport €57 and Wallbox €53). An additional parking space is available either directly in front of the carport or on the street immediately in front of the house.

GLASS FIBER Internet access: At present, Entega is installing the connection. The conduit is already in place in the house. A glass fiber contract has been concluded, which the tenant must assume at €45 per month. After 2 years, within the Odenwald district, the tenant will be free to choose their own Internet/Glass Fiber provider.

SUSTAINABILITY. The entire house is supplied in an environmentally friendly manner by two heat pumps providing heating and hot water, and the ceiling of the apartment has been excellently insulated in the attic. According to the energy certificate, it is rated in Category B ("energetically well modernized") with only 60 kWh/(m²a), a fact that is reflected in the low heating costs. The photovoltaic system on the roof produces more electricity than the entire house requires annually and is also operable during a power outage thanks to its black-start capability, providing the tenant with a particularly safe and reassuring feeling.
