The fitted kitchen features a dishwasher, 2 induction hobs, 2 ovens, 2 large refrigerator/freezer units, and a dining area. The two new, modern bathrooms each have a large shower and a washing machine. The apartment was completely renovated, refurbished, and furnished in May 2025. The hallway lighting is activated by a motion sensor.

The room prices are all-inclusive of cleaning the common areas twice a month:

The apartment is located in a quiet area. It is a 10-minute bike ride, 7-minute drive, or 17 minutes by public transport to the Cologne University of Applied Sciences (TH Köln) campus, and a 17-minute drive from Bayerwerke/Chempark and the Japanese Garden.

The Weltersbachtal nature reserve is 16 minutes by car or 40 minutes by bike away; Morsbroich Castle is 15 minutes by car and 16 minutes by bike away; Cologne Central Station is a 42-minute journey by public transport; and the Cologne Trade Fair Center is 48 minutes away by public transport.

There is plenty of nature nearby for jogging or hiking—for example, Odenthal can be reached in 14 minutes by car or 31 minutes by bike, Tillmanns Park in 9 minutes by car or 19 minutes by bike, and Ludwig Rehbock Park in 11 minutes by car or 12 minutes by bike.

A weekly market is held in Lützenkirchen on Tuesdays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., while Netto, Penny, and Aldi are within walking distance, with further shopping opportunities available in Opladen.
