About the furnishings: Danish design dining table lamp, a 1960s style lamp in the living and working area, a custom-made desk from the 1920s, a Thonet classic used as a desk chair, 1960s sideboards, a Rams shelving system installed throughout the apartment, and limited edition lithographs by Miró, Albers, and Nay – these are insured separately. In the living room, there is also a small humanities library featuring art books and more.
Additional features include a washing machine, ironing board, iron, a 55-inch Samsung LED TV, an all-in-one printer (HP), Teufel Raumfeld Cubes, a kitchen with an induction cooktop and extractor, fully equipped with an espresso maker, milk frother, etc. Bedding and new towels are provided, and an open storage system for clothing is installed in the inner chamber.

Rental Agreement and Conditions:
The apartment is available for both indefinite and fixed-term rental. The minimum rental period is 6 months. Both shorter stays for professional or personal transitions and longer-term solutions are welcome.
There are two pricing models, depending on the planned rental duration:
1. Tentatively under 2 years (temporary living):
• Flat rent of €1,430 per month – including electricity, hot water, internet, broadcasting fees, and a car parking space. All costs are included, with no separate billing.
2. Tentatively for longer-term:
• Gross warm rent of €1,350 per month, including the car parking space. Electricity and internet are arranged through separate contracts, and ancillary costs are billed annually.
In both models, the parking space and the furnishing and equipment flat rate of €300 (covering design classics and art) are included. The signed lithographs by Miró, Albers, and Nay are insured separately.
