Our detached house is situated on a large property (480 m²) with a garden and pool. Use of the pool is available by the landlord or by arrangement.

We, the owners, live on the ground floor and have two dogs. Therefore, no pets are allowed. The rental is limited to a maximum of five people and is not available through government office mediators.

The fitted kitchen can be purchased from the previous tenant by arrangement. New windows with shutters have been installed throughout; the attic windows also have shutters. In the attic, there are open beams and sloping ceilings. A laundry cellar and a basement room are available.

The entire house was thermally insulated and newly plastered this March, so the energy certificate is not up to date.
