You can easily reach the supermarket, bakeries, butcher, post office, drugstore, and much more in just a 1-2 minute walk. A bus stop going to Leonberg is located very close by. The immediate surroundings and the street are extremely quiet, so even children can play outside. There is plenty of parking right in front of the house. The nearest highway junction on the A8 is approximately 5 km away.

No loud noises or disruptive behavior after 10 p.m. Smoking is not permitted inside the premises. Pets are allowed by arrangement. The rental price applies for 1 person. For 2 persons, an additional 125 EUR per month applies. For 3 persons, pricing can be arranged. For stays under 3 months, an additional 7% VAT applies. Daily rates are possible upon agreement, with a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Final cleaning fees will be arranged based on the length of the stay.
