Great location for the little place. The renovation has begun with lots of energy and even more cash – plaster has been knocked off everywhere, the electrical wiring is already in the walls, a new Vissman gas heater with 36 kW has been installed and approved, and huge amounts of new building materials are available on the property. The floors have been renewed and all the windows have been replaced. The roof has been re-covered.

The ground floor apartment is 136 m², wired as one apartment, although in its current state it could also be divided into two two-room apartments. On the upper floor, there are two two-room apartments measuring 62 and 65 m², respectively. The attic is the real gem – 160 m² of space for anything and in top condition.
