By August 1 at the latest, two rooms for rent will be ready in a completely renovated 93 sqm apartment (with about 50 sqm for the kitchen-living area and 2 new bathrooms) on the ground floor of a beautiful villa in Flamersheim. Beautiful rooms ready for first occupancy after renovation. The apartment features a total of 4 lockable rooms, all set to begin a new shared living arrangement with four roommates on August 1.

The entire apartment has 93 sqm of living space and includes:

• 4 lockable single rooms for individual use, and

• A high-quality, fully equipped solid wood kitchen with dishwasher,

• Two bathrooms,

• A large living-dining area that serves as the center and heart of the apartment,

• A small storage room for communal use.

Warm rent per room:

Single rooms: €449, starting from August 1, 2026 (possibly earlier by arrangement at the end of June)

Room 4: approx. 7.81 sqm of base area + 2.5 sqm of loft area, at €429, starting from August 1, 2026 (Micro-apartment will only be offered furnished), perfect for commuters.

All rooms are bright, modern, and are currently being completely renovated.

Rent includes electricity, water, heating — in other words, the usual additional costs.

It is possible to rent the rooms furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, lamps, and chair. For this, we have calculated an additional €49 per month.

For €15 per month, we provide a washing machine + dryer, including personal washing and drying cycles.

About the Shared Apartment / What I'm Looking For:

I'm looking for a relaxed shared apartment roommate who values a harmonious community. Whether you are a student, apprentice, or working professional – what matters is that we get along on a personal level.

The room (or the entire apartment) will be freshly renovated and available from June 1, 2026. (The pictures still show the unrenovated state; we will provide new pictures as the renovation works progress. These will begin in early May.) Additionally, freshly renovated rooms in another apartment, currently undergoing renovation in the same building, will be available from July 1 and August 1.
