We offer for rent a beautiful, cozy and fully furnished apartment after reconstruction 2 + kk (40,5m2) in Vršovice. Apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in a quiet residential area with greenery, cafes, restaurants and excellent public transport accessibility 5 - 10 minutes to the center. The apartment is after reconstruction finished in May 2026 and fully furnished. High-quality wooden parquet floors have been installed in the living area, floating floors in the bedroom, and tiles in the hallway, bathroom, and WC. The apartment is heated through a gas heating system (WAW), supplemented by underfloor heating and an electric radiator in the bathroom; the water is heated by an electric boiler also in the bathroom.
Service fees are set at 930,-CZK per person (covering water, garbage disposal, cleaning of common areas, and electricity of common areas). The tenants are obliged to have direct contract with energy providers and will pay the consumption of gas and electricity in the apartment in advance according to the actual consumption based on the contract with the providers.
We prefer a long-term renatals, for a minimum of one year. The layout of the flat and furnishings are suitable for a couple or a single person. The deposit at level 45 000,- CZK is required.
