At present, the tenant is clearing out the apartment (hence the mess in the photos), but it will be handed over clean. Parking is available in front of the building (it’s not a blue zone) or in underground garages (rentals are offered for approximately 2000 CZK per month). The metro Stodulky is a 5-minute walk away, and the neighborhood is fully equipped with civic amenities. This is a recently newly developed area, home to many young individuals and young families. The area is very quite.
