The well-maintained residential and commercial building is situated very centrally in Offenbach’s city centre (Geleitsstraße, not far from the KOMM Shopping-Center). Its location in the pedestrian zone offers excellent connections to Frankfurt (a 5-minute walk to the S-Bahn (OF-Marktplatz) or a 5-minute walk to Offenbach’s main station). The travel time by S-Bahn to Frankfurt Mainwache is 11 minutes, and by regional train to Frankfurt Südbahnhof is 5 minutes. All daily convenience stores can be reached on foot.

In 2024, the indexation of the cold rent was adjusted to 700 EUR. Existing protection according to Section 556e of the German Civil Code (BGB) applies based on the current previous rent.

Energy Certificate: The attached energy certificate has expired. A new certificate is being prepared and will be provided at the latest during the viewing.
