The all-inclusive warm rent covers the provision of all furniture, a refrigerator-freezer combo, kitchen equipment with a two-burner induction hob, a large air fryer suitable for making pizza, etc., Wi-Fi TV, a bathtub with an overhead shower, towels, bidet, and washing machine, as well as bedding, heating, and electricity costs; and it is recognized by the tax office as a secondary residence for professional purposes.

Pet ownership is not permitted, so as not to exclude a future re-rental to allergy sufferers.

After the minimum rental period of three months, a tenant-friendly cancellation notice period of six weeks to the end of any month applies.
