House number 18 on Mozartstraße is a very quiet address, located directly opposite the rear of the Natural History Museum.
There are several tram and bus stops on nearby Reilstraße.
The Volkspark, along with other parks and even the Saale river, is reachable within a few minutes’ walk (less than 500 meters).

During the roof extension of the three front houses, not only were the roofs re-covered, but the facades, entrance areas, staircases, communal electrical systems, carriage passage, and other elements were also renovated.
