There is also an excellent connection to the regional and overregional road network (B1/A40, B54, Märkische Straße, Heiliger Weg). Electric cars can be charged at the lamppost chargers on Wenkerstraße.
Numerous energy-efficient renovation measures have already been implemented on the building to reduce heating costs: the street-facing facade and the roof of the terraced house have been completely renewed and insulated in recent years. All windows meet modern thermal insulation standards. A modern central heating system from 2020 with a gas condensing boiler in the basement supplies the apartment with heat, and hot water is generated with an instantaneous water heater. The basement ceiling is largely insulated.
A new, modern apartment door provides contemporary sound and thermal insulation, and the doorbell system with intercom and electric door opener offers modern security.

Modern organization: To ensure efficient communication between the house community and the landlords, a Slack workspace is available, providing the opportunity for messenger contact. The billing for additional costs and all communication is conducted, as much as possible, paperlessly via email.
