• A total of 11 individual rooms, sized between 9 m² and 30 m²

• Currently, 3 rooms have already been assigned; the remaining rooms are available for selection according to individual needs

• Room sizes between 9 m² and 30 m²

• Rooms available at prices ranging from 410–600 Euros

• Partially furnished

• Bright and friendly living spaces

Common Areas

Residents have access to shared spaces, including:

• 2 bathrooms

• 1 guest toilet

• Shared kitchen

• Dining area

• Large garden for communal use

The garden is a special part of the living concept. It offers space to relax, play, barbecue, or even grow your own vegetables. If you enjoy gardening, you can actively contribute and bring your ideas to life.

Included Services

The monthly rent already covers many additional costs and services:

• Partial furnishing

• Heating

• Electricity

• Internet access

• Waste disposal fees

Additional ongoing costs are incurred only for:

• The broadcasting fee (GEZ)

• A small monthly contribution to the shared fund for communal expenses such as cleaning products, toilet paper, and similar consumables

Rental Conditions

• Minimum rental period: 6 months

• The rental agreement is initially limited to 2 years

• After this period, the contract can possibly transition into an indefinite rental agreement if the resident has integrated well into the community and harmonious living is maintained
