The building is located on a quiet side street in Paderborn, Schloß Neuhaus.
As a landlord family, we value harmony among the residents and mutual cooperation. Our special household peace should continue and be carried on by the new tenants.

The apartment features an open kitchen leading to the living-dining room. In addition, there are two further rooms that can serve as bedrooms, offices, or otherwise. The spacious bathroom includes a separate shower plus a bathtub.
In the daylight-filled living room—with a retro textured plaster wall on one side—there are large windows overlooking the terrace and the approximately 4 x 5 m garden.
This lovely apartment is very bright and ideal for a family with one child or for a couple/single person seeking a comfortable home.
Our apartment was lavishly renovated at the end of 2024. The noise-reducing and pleasantly soft vinyl laminate flooring is like new, and all doors, walls, and ceilings have been freshly painted.
Included with the rental offer is a private storage room in the basement, as well as a shared laundry and drying room used by all tenants in the house, plus an additional bicycle storage room.
We are happy to rent long-term and expect quiet and orderly tenants with permanent employment.
Renting is available to non-smokers only. Pets are not desired.
Free parking spaces are available directly at the house.
The additional costs amount to €120 and include a proportional share of property tax, street cleaning, sewage and waste disposal fees, building insurance, chimney sweep costs, common electricity, and caretaker fees.
Please add your individual consumption costs—approximately €80 for electricity, €140 for heating and hot-/cold water (showers, washing machine, etc.), and about €3 for your household insurance—to the net cold rent of €880 plus the additional costs.
