Dopravně výborně dostupné: metro B Palmovka je pěšky asi 5 minut, tramvaje a autobusy rovněž. Do centra se dostanete za deset minut. Přímo v ulici je Albert, větší nákupní centra jako OC Fenix a Galerie Harfa nedaleko. Pro výběh nebo procházku jsou v blízké dostupnosti jsou Thomayerovy sady a okolí Libeňského zámečku. Obecně veškerá občanská vybavenost je do pár minut pěšky :)
Cena nájmu je kompletně 23000 (20 tisíc nájem + 3 tisíce poplatky SVJ), energie si vlastník převádí na sebe (cca 1000 Kč měsíčně).

Transportation is excellent: Palmovka on metro line B is about a 5-minute walk, and trams and buses are also available. You can reach the city center in ten minutes. There is an Albert supermarket on the same street, and larger malls like OC Fenix and Galerie Harfa are nearby. For a run or a stroll, Thomayerovy sady and the area around the Libeň Chateau are easily accessible. Generally, all community services are within a few minutes’ walk :)
