The offered property is a spacious semi-detached house, built in the 1950s as a so-called new farmer’s house as part of post-war land reform. The electrical installation on the ground floor no longer meets today’s standards and needs to be renewed (presumably aluminum wiring). In the attic, the electrical system was renewed during the 2005 expansion. A fiber optic and a telephone connection are available.
The purchase price is significantly below the regional replacement and new construction value of comparable properties. The property is therefore particularly suitable for buyers who realistically assess its condition and are looking for a house with development potential at an attractive entry price.
