An ergonomic workspace with an adjustable-height table has also been set up. The sideboard with a flat TV (currently removed) is part of the furnishings. A dining table with four chairs completes the offer.

In the new, modern fitted kitchen, everything needed is available despite its compact size: a fully functional sink, a fully automatic coffee machine, an oven with an integrated microwave, an induction cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The bathroom has also been newly fitted and features a curbless shower, new sanitary installations, and a nice mirrored cabinet. A washer-dryer combo is also available.

The large balcony offers a wonderful view of Wiesbaden.

Parking spaces are available on the street in front of the building (no parking disc or resident parking permit is required).

You can reach the city center on foot, and in 10 minutes you can get to Wilhelmstraße and Taunusstraße. Daily shops, as well as restaurants, a fitness studio, and the Kurpark, are also just a few minutes away.

In the immediate vicinity is the BKA office at Thaerstraße 11.
