Our four-family house is located in a central yet family-friendly area of Dachau, near the former paper mill and surrounded by single and two-family houses. The Dachau Stadt S-Bahn station is a 9-minute walk or 3 minutes by bicycle away.

There are several shopping options in the immediate vicinity as well. A Norma branch is only 500 meters away, while an Edeka and a bakery are approximately 800 meters away.

The triple-glazed windows are equipped with a tilt-and-turn function and electric shutters. The living areas feature high-quality vinyl with a wood look, and the underfloor heating beneath is fitted with individual room temperature controls.
