Charming and freshly renovated 78 m² 3-room apartment with a sunny balcony is looking for a new tenant.

The very bright apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small residential complex.

In 2025/2026, extensive renovation work was carried out in the apartment. The entrance door, all room doors, as well as the entire flooring were renewed. The electrical system was overhauled. The entire apartment was completely replastered and freshly painted. The radiators in all rooms were replaced. All water pipes, including the fittings in the bathroom and WC, were renewed; the bathroom was partially re-tiled, and the WC has been/will be completely renewed and re-tiled.

The renovation work is currently not entirely completed. As can be seen in the pictures, some minor finishing work in the bathroom and WC still needs to be done. The apartment is expected to be available for rent on May 1, 2026.

Upon entering the apartment, you find yourself in a large hallway from which you can reach the spacious living room with access to the balcony, the sizable kitchen, the two rooms (which can serve as bedrooms, children's rooms, or office rooms), the bathroom, and the WC. A small storage room is also accessible from the hallway (see floor plan).

The bright and sunny balcony is located at the back (or rear) of the building and is equipped with an awning. It faces the quiet courtyard.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower/bathtub. A washing machine and dryer can be installed in the laundry room in the basement. Opposite the laundry room is also the apartment’s storage compartment.

The residential complex is located in the Stadeln district in the north of Fürth.

Fürth-Stadeln has excellent connections to both local and long-distance transport. The A73 (city motorway) and the A3 motorways can be reached in about a 10-minute drive. Additionally, there is an excellent S-Bahn connection towards Nuremberg/Erlangen as well as a bus connection to Fürth/Nuremberg.

Everyday shops, a pharmacy, the primary and secondary school with a sports hall, the indoor pool, and the S-Bahn station can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The nearest bus stops are less than 200 meters away, and the health center—with a general practitioner, dentist, orthodontist, and physiotherapy—is located in the immediate vicinity.
