The house is rented exclusively to students and trainees – ideal for a relaxed shared living experience among like-minded people.

APARTMENT AND FURNISHINGS

A floor plan of the apartment is provided as a photo. The rooms range in size from approximately 12 m² to 20 m², have been freshly painted, and some even have direct access to the balcony. They have been furnished with new IKEA furniture, including a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, making for an easy move-in. Additionally, the apartment features a modern fitted kitchen.

The building is an old-style structure from the era of the Gründerzeit (built in 1910) with high ceilings and large windows. It is not a new construction but a house with typical old building character. The bathrooms are designed functionally. The toilet and shower are located in separate rooms, which facilitates daily life in a shared apartment.

FLAT RATE RENT

The shared apartment rooms are rented on a flat rate basis, including proportional use of the common areas, starting at €429. The flat rate rent includes all operating costs, heating, hot water, and electricity. WLAN access is provided at no extra cost.

Flat rate rent means that there is no annual service charge statement – you will receive no refund, but you also will not have to pay any additional amounts.

No brokerage fee is charged.

The deposit must be paid before the handover of the keys.

The house is situated between downtown Osnabrück and the Westerberg Campus. Both locations are within walking distance, and further university sites are also nearby. There is also a vocational school in the vicinity.

Shopping facilities are located approximately 150 m diagonally across the street (combined with a bakery).

Within a five-minute walk, there is a well-connected bus stop.

A separate rental contract will be concluded for each bedroom.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
