• SCHUFA tenant report or proof of financial means; in some cases, payment in advance may be required if there are concerns.

• Cleaning costs: €75 one-time fee under normal conditions / if the apartment is absolutely clean and rentable, there is no fee / if the apartment is left in a very messy state, a cleaning company will be commissioned and the costs will be charged to the tenant.

• Damages exceeding normal wear and tear are to be borne by the tenant.

The rental price applies to one person; each additional person costs €50 (plus a maximum of 2 additional persons).
