It is a bright room of approximately 17 m² in a four-room pre-war apartment in Würzburg-Grombühl, located on Petrinistraße right on the tram line. The room faces a quiet courtyard and comes fully furnished (bed, desk, chest of drawers, shelf, small closet, armchair, etc.) and, of course, you can still personalize it.

The kitchen, bathroom, and corridor are shared and are equipped with everything you need. The washing machine and dryer are brand new – as are all the pieces of furniture. The fitted kitchen with a fridge-freezer combo and a dishwasher is also included.

Parking is possible with a resident parking permit. The room will be available from 01.08.2025.

Petrinistraße is a popular location among students and apprentices and offers excellent transport connections. The tram and bus (various lines) are reachable on foot in 2 minutes. All essential amenities, various eateries, parks, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity and offered in great variety. The city centre with its pedestrian zone is reachable within 4-5 minutes by bike or tram.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and comes with DSL/WLAN.

There is a basement available for bicycles as well as a storage area in the courtyard.

Cooking and eating together, living and working together is fun. A respectful coexistence is essential for everyone to feel comfortable. The room is rented to only one person. The rental period can be fixed-term or open-ended. Each room in the shared apartment has its own rental contract. The dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are included.
