The exterior façade is completely preserved with a limestone plinth on the lower levels (basement and ground floor), the timber-framed structure on the upper floor, and the fish-tail roof on the attic with dormers. Inside, all the original Solnhofer panels, parquet flooring, doors, fittings, and much more remain. The kitchens and bathrooms are modern (from 2007/2008).

On the ground floor, one enters the house through a hallway with a cloakroom and a guest WC. Adjacent is an office/dining area and access to the kitchen and living room with a fireplace. Next to the kitchen are the dining room and a storage room. The library has a garden exit to the west terrace.

From the hallway, a single-flight staircase leads to the first floor with five rooms and a full bathroom. One of the rooms has a garden exit to the upper west terrace with a beautiful view.
