These tiny house models were offered by construction companies and other providers for €54,000 and up until the summer of 2025.

The trailer has a road approval (vehicle registration details: L 9.05 m, H: 3.87 m, W: 2.55 m; unladen weight and maximum permissible weight: 3.5 t).

The windows are covered in the pictures because this is required for public road travel.

The unit will be located from May 2026 at 23747 Dahme, Strandpromenade 11, in the courtyard of the "Zum Goldener Anker" restaurant, and can be viewed discreetly from the outside. It will be used for the first time starting in May 2026. The usage ends in October 2026. Then it will be up for sale; in cases of urgent interest, an early sale will be considered.
