Registration is possible. No problem at all—you are very welcome to register. You can stay for up to two years and leave at any time by giving two months’ notice. I am very flexible, and we can extend the contract after two years if you wish.

The kitchen will remain, and all the other furniture as well as the washing machine will be newly purchased by me at the end of July so that the fully furnished apartment—with completely new furniture—is ready for you from August 15, 2026. I will provide you with an exact list of the furniture I buy, and we will include it in the rental contract so that I am bound by it. This includes a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, etc., very similar to the pictures in this ad. We can also decide on the colors together.

The spacious living room, bedroom, and hallway are fitted with beautiful, warm parquet flooring. The fully tiled, daylight bathroom is located opposite the living room and is equipped with a bathtub that also functions as a shower. The kitchen is tiled, features a large window, and offers ample space for cooking and enjoyment.

The apartment is bright and quiet since it is located on a small side street with little traffic. In both the kitchen and the bathroom, the windows face the inner courtyard, which contributes to the peaceful atmosphere. The apartment is currently rented, and the current tenant—who will be leaving on July 31, 2026—is happy to show you around.

In the immediate vicinity you will find doctors, supermarkets, schools, pharmacies, and restaurants, and the transport connections are very good.

The rental period is limited to one or two years, depending on your needs and preferences.
