Currently, various units of different sizes are available for rent in the hall. In total, 780 m² can be leased, with rentals available from 80 m² upward. The hall is 31 m long and 25 m wide. At its highest point, the hall is approximately 10.80 m high, and at its lowest point about 4 m (see pictures). Accordingly, the hall has a volume of nearly 5,700 m³.

The hall can be used as a high-bay warehouse. Depending on the height or cubic meters of the rented area, the rent (negotiable) is calculated accordingly. The high-rack system can be customized for the customer, so that higher or lower storage positions can be created. Please understand that we do not rent out individual pallet spaces but are focused on renting larger areas.

Occupancy would be possible from September 2025.

The warehouse is ground-level and therefore barrier-free accessible. The facility can be accessed from both sides with a truck or car. Depending on the size of the vehicle, it is also possible to drive directly into or through the hall.

The hall is located in the Wandlitz OT Basdorf commercial area on a quiet one-way street. The motorways A11 and A10 can be reached within 10 minutes.

The hall is equipped with lighting and power as well as a high-voltage connection. Individual compartments can be heated by arrangement.

The area on which the warehouse is located is under video surveillance and secured with a steel gate.
