Byt má velmi prostorný půdorys. Disponuje velkým obývací a jídelním prostorem, hostinskou WC, koupelnou s vanou i sprchou a prostornou ložnicí. Vstupní hala se nachází v prvním patře panelového domu. Nemovitost se nachází v centru městské části Norsingen. K nádraží a veřejné dopravě je to přibližně 2 minuty chůze. Nejbližší větší město, Bad Krozingen, je vzdáleno 3 minut jízdy.

Byt disponuje otevřeným prostorovým řešením. Případně by bylo možné provést oddělení například pomocí sádrokartonové příčky – toto však bude záležitostí dohodnutou s nájemcem.

Koupelna je vybavena vanou a sprchou. Podlahy jsou z parket a dlaždic.
