I am renting out a small, well-maintained 2-room apartment in Mannheim on Hebelstraße starting from June 1st – or possibly earlier. It is approximately 48 square meters, and the building was constructed in 2011. The location is central, right by the upper Luisenpark and close to the Neckar River. The tram stop is practically around the corner (about a 3-minute walk). In addition, supermarkets, doctors, and restaurants are just a few minutes away on foot. Although everything is so nearby, the apartment itself is still quiet.

The apartment includes a small kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment) and a microwave. A washing machine is also available in the shower room.

The apartment comes furnished, and the items can be used free of charge. In addition, modifications according to your own ideas are possible within certain limits—for example, you may remove the large wall paintings or exchange the large bed for a smaller one. The installation of a loft bed, to create space underneath for a work area, is also conceivable. No additional fee is required for the furniture and fittings.

I am looking for an individual tenant; please, no pets.
