I am selling a bungalow constructed in solid masonry (stone upon stone), built in 2005, in a prime location in the beautiful town of Ascheberg near Plön.

The resort town of Ascheberg (approximately 3,200 inhabitants) is idyllically located on the Große Plöner See in the Holstein Switzerland Nature Park. The district town of Plön is about 5 kilometers away. Kiel can be reached in about 25–30 minutes by car, the Baltic Sea beaches in Howacht in about 30 minutes, Timmendorf and Scharbeutz (on the Lübeck Bay) in about 40 minutes, and the Kiel Fjord near Laboe in about 45 minutes by car. Lübeck is approximately 50 kilometers away and the Hanseatic city of Hamburg can be reached in about an hour by car. Ascheberg offers good infrastructure with decent shopping opportunities and quality medical care. There is an elementary school and a sports club. The secondary schools are located in Plön. There is a school bus service and a train station (a 10-minute walk from the house) on the Kiel–Lübeck line.
The Große Plöner See and the surrounding lakes offer excellent water sports opportunities, and you can always find a quiet spot to relax.
The property includes a carport, a 3 × 9 meter garage, and a built-in kitchen.
