Currently, two male and one female tenant live in the shared flat. The apartment is in good condition, and the room is rented furnished. No additional fee for taking over the furniture or equipment is required. Thanks to the high ceilings and the good natural light, the room feels particularly bright, open, and inviting.

--- Shared Living & Amenities ---

The apartment is shared and furnished. The room is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. The kitchen (approx. 6.62 m²) and the bathroom (approx. 4.43 m²) are shared among all flatmates. A fitted kitchen is available; however, cooking utensils are not provided. A washing machine is available for communal use. Additionally, a private basement storage compartment is included with the apartment.

--- Rent & Additional Costs ---

The monthly base (cold) rent is €650. In addition, there are currently €50 in utilities, €40 for electricity, and €10 for internet. This results in a present total monthly rent of €750. Utility and electricity costs are consumption-based and may vary accordingly. Currently, electricity is included in the stated costs; in the future, however, it will be registered and billed directly to the tenants, meaning the €40 fee will no longer apply. The broadcasting fee is not included in the rent and must be paid separately. The security deposit amounts to three months’ base rent. No fee for the existing furniture is required.
