All triple-glazed windows are fitted with electric shutters, which can be operated individually via hand switches. Additionally, the shutters can be controlled via an app. The floor-to-ceiling windows come with pleated blinds, with the exception of the bathroom, whose window is equipped with privacy glass. Custom-made insect screens are installed on all windows.

The builder’s five-year warranty obligation under the BGB (German Civil Code) is transferred to the buyer of the apartment upon the conclusion of the notarial purchase contract. For the separate property, this warranty runs until April 29, 2030, and for the communal property until June 25, 2030.
The apartment is located in an attractive area in the young, central, and green Hanseviertel of Lüneburg.
