We are now renting out a small, extraordinary 15 sqm apartment in a tower.

The tower is entirely yours:

Ground Floor: Entrance, sink/shower/flush toilet

First Floor: Sleeping area (2 beds, including a “guest bed” to climb up to)

Second Floor: Living area with kitchenette, offering a wonderful view of the Alps and the courtyard

The tower comes partially furnished (with a kitchenette, table with two chairs, bed, and shelf). A private shed and a parking space are available.

The tower is part of a former farmhouse where several families/individuals live. On the large, secluded property near Kempten/Allgäu there is a large garden with a swimming pond available for everyone to use.

A private garden section is available for cultivation.

We would be happy to have a housemate who has plenty of time and handy skills (a large workshop is available) and who would like to take care of the garden work in the courtyard. Preferably a sprightly retiree (the staircase in the tower is very steep).
