From July 1, 2026, I am offering a bright duplex flat 2+kk for rent on Skloněná Street, Prague 9 – Vysočany. The flat is located on the 5th and 6th floors of a new building from 2006 and has a floor area of 62.7 m². The flat includes a 5.4 m² loggia, and the rent also covers one garage parking space and one outdoor parking space.
The layout consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a separate room, a bathroom with a bathtub and WC, an entrance hall, and an internal staircase. The flat is partially furnished—it comes with a kitchen counter, built-in refrigerator, electric oven, electric stove, extractor fan, sink, built-in walk-in closet, and built-in wardrobe. Otherwise, the flat is unfurnished, allowing the tenant to furnish it according to their own needs.
It is possible to purchase some of the current tenant’s furniture by agreement.
The building also offers a shared roof terrace. One of the great advantages of the flat is its excellent transport accessibility.
