You enter the apartment’s hallway via the staircase. This area also accommodates a wardrobe. The hallway serves as the central element that connects all the rooms. A nearly new fitted kitchen from the brand Nobilia, complete with built-in appliances, is already installed in the apartment and is included in the rental price. A small dining area could easily be accommodated in the kitchen as well.

You access the east-facing bedroom through the dressing room, which can also be used as a small office if desired. The necessary connections for this use are already provided. The children’s room faces south.

The absolute highlight of this lovingly renovated apartment is the spacious living and dining area. The bathroom amenities include a double sink, a WC, a towel warmer, a large rain shower, and a connection for a washing machine. There is also a small storage room within the apartment.
