The tiles in the kitchen have been replaced, and the hallway area was also renovated. The large living room, with its two big windows, lets in plenty of light. A stone staircase leads to the upper floor with the bathroom and three bedrooms, all equipped with wooden plank floors. These were renovated in 2025, including several sanitary installations. All bathrooms have daylight. The balcony faces east towards the morning sun. On the upper floor there are also connections for a kitchen that was never used.

The attic was converted a few years ago but is only accessible via a pull-down staircase. The large resulting space serves as a multi-purpose room and was used by the previous owner as a home office. The floor was laid with vinyl, the roof areas were insulated and finished with drywall, and the roof windows were also replaced a few years ago.

All in all, a solid house for the whole family in an interesting location.
